We want you to love your Tennessee-made products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment until it reaches our Nashville warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
