Where are your products sourced from?

Every item in our shop is curated from artisans, makers, and small businesses located right here in Tennessee. We pride ourselves on supporting our local community and showcasing the best the Volunteer State has to offer.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are looking into international shipping options for the future to share Tennessee’s finest products with the world.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that perishable food items and custom gift boxes are non-returnable.

Can I build a custom gift box?

Yes! We offer a 'Build Your Own Box' feature where you can select individual items and add a personalized note. We will professionally pack them in our signature Made in TN packaging for a perfect presentation.
